Scope & Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and the website of Invico Andorra SL. By accessing our services or website, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to protect both the user and the company under Andorran law.

   Use of our services or website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Invico Andorra SL may amend them with 30 days’ notice. Updates apply only to future use.

   You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for unlawful purposes. Services are provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Intellectual Property
   All website content, including texts, images, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Invico Andorra SL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute such material without prior written consent.
5. Property Listings & Particulars
   All property descriptions, photos, floor plans, and details are provided in good faith for general guidance only. They do not form part of any offer or contract and must not be relied upon as statements of fact. Interested parties must independently verify all information, permits, and legal/title matters.

   Sizes, plans, and distances are approximate and not to scale; images, CGI, or staging are illustrative only. Fixtures and fittings are included only where expressly stated in the binding contract.
7. Availability, Pricing & Offers
   Availability and prices may change without notice. All negotiations and offers are subject to contract and seller/landlord approval. They are not obliged to accept the highest or any offer.
8. Viewings
   Property viewings are at your own risk. Invico Andorra SL accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage during access or viewing.
9. Third-Party Professionals
   We may introduce external lawyers, surveyors, or service providers. Such introductions are for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for their advice, work, or fees.
10. KYC / AML Compliance
    We may require proof of identity, address, and source of funds under Andorran anti-money laundering law. Services may be suspended if satisfactory documents are not provided.
11. Fees, Commission & Taxes
    Fees and commission are agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of applicable Andorran taxes (IGI). Circumventing our services to avoid fees is prohibited.
12. Client Money & Deposits
    Deposits and completion funds are normally handled through the appointed notary. Invico Andorra SL does not hold client money and is not liable for banking or notarial delays.
13. Payments
    Payments must be timely and in full. Late payments incur the legal interest rate plus 2% annually.
14. Data Protection
    We process data in accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 and GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
15. External Links
    Our website may contain links to external sites. Invico Andorra SL is not responsible for their content, security, or accuracy.
16. Limitation of Liability
    Liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the total fees paid by you in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Misprints & Updates
    Errors & omissions excepted. Content may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
18. Confidentiality
    Both parties must keep exchanged information confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
19. Termination
    Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination applies in case of breach or misuse.
20. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, telecom failures, or regulatory action.
21. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify Invico Andorra SL against claims or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of our services.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed exclusively by Andorran law. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Andorra la Vella.
23. Notices, Language & Survival
    Formal notices must be sent to the contact details above. If Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict. Clauses on liability, IP, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
