KYC / AML Compliance
We may require proof of identity, address, and source of funds under Andorran anti-money laundering law. Services may be suspended if satisfactory documents are not provided. -
Fees, Commission & Taxes
Fees and commission are agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of applicable Andorran taxes (IGI). Circumventing our services to avoid fees is prohibited. -
Client Money & Deposits
Deposits and completion funds are normally handled through the appointed notary. Invico Andorra SL does not hold client money and is not liable for banking or notarial delays. -
Payments
Payments must be timely and in full. Late payments incur the legal interest rate plus 2% annually. -
Data Protection
We process data in accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 and GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. -

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Andorran law. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Andorra la Vella. -
Notices, Language & Survival
Formal notices must be sent to the contact details above. If Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict. Clauses on liability, IP, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
